If you are planning to visit the Groningen Museum, you will have to wait until 19 December, when the completely renovated museum will reopen its doors to the public.
Until the end of this summer, the museum was temporary housed in the former Museum of Natural History at the Praediniussingel, but the exhibition on display here has since ended.
The museum will reopen on 19 December with the ‘Het onbekende Rusland. Oriëntalistische schilderkunst 1850-1920’ (Unknown Russia. Orientalist paintings from 1850-1920) exhibition.
